The first part of the year 2021 will be based on The European teachers Convention with Geeta S. Iyengar in 2009 in Cologne. The whole convention is covered in the book Geeta Iyengar – Iyengar Yoga European Teachers Convention. The second part of the year I will teach “Koshas” based on Taittiriya-Upanishad and the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
