With Advanced Friday, Rita Keller accompanies advanced yoga practitioners and yoga teachers throughout the year. Each year has a thematic focus, which is gradually developed in 12 dates: once a month for 3 hours,
from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The first part of the year 2021 will be based on The European Teachers Convention with Geeta S. Iyengar in 2009 in Cologne.
